MAKE YOUR MARK SCREAM CONTEST
Submit a video of your most terrifying scream for a chance to get your scream featured in the movie and your name in the credits of the horror film Tattoo!
THE CONTEST​
Welcome to Tattoo’s Make Your Mark Scream Contest. We’re looking for a few good screams! Please upload a 5 to 15-second video of your absolute best blood-curdling scream along with your personal information using the form below. No purchase is necessary for participation- see Official Rules below.
To Participate: The contest allows participants to upload videos through 11:59 PST, Thursday, October 29th. We will post the top-ten finalists on our Indiegogo page for followers to vote for the best scream beginning October 30th at 12:00 AM and ending on Halloween, October 31, 2020 at 9 pm PST (midnight EST).
To Vote: Visit the Indiegogo campaign and add a comment that details which screamer should win. Votes will only be counted once per person. In the comment on the Indiegogo campaign, the public can vote for the best scream until 9 pm PST (midnight EST). A winner will be announced at 11:59 PST on Halloween (October 31, 2020).
Contestants must be 18 or older to participate. Please one person per video. Multiple entries are allowed.
OFFICIAL RULES

To Participate: Participants must be at least 18 years of age by 10/30/2020. Contest submission runs from 10/24/2020 through 10/29/2020 11:59 PST. Finalists will be selected by individuals associated with "Tattoo". and will be added to https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/tattoo--31#/ via video hosting service for public voting. Participants selected as finalists will be notified via email. Public voting in the comments of the Indiegogo campaign for "Tattoo" will be accepted from 10/30/2020 at 2 am PST through 9 pm PST on 10/31/2020. One vote per user will be accepted. A winner will be selected via vote tally- the winner will be notified via email and will be publically acknowledged on all platforms where "Tattoo" is promoted.

As a contestant, I consent to the use of my name and voice (scream) in, on or in connection with any film, audiotape, videotape, audio-visual work, photograph, illustration, animation, or broadcast, in any media (including social media) or embodiment, now known or unknown, including, without limitation, all formats of computer-readable media, produced by or for the benefit of < Fanatik Productions >

I further consent to actively participate in the promotion of this project via social media and other networking activities in person and through the use of my name, voice, in any advertising or promotional material created or used in connection with <Tattoo> and each such item of advertising or promotional material will be considered a "Work" for purposes of this agreement. I acknowledge and agree that the Work (the products and results of the services to be rendered by me and all rights therein, including, without limitation, copyright) belongs to and shall be the sole and exclusive property of <Fanatik Productions>. If for any reason the Work would not be considered a work made for hire under applicable law, I hereby irrevocably sell, assign, and transfer to <Fanatik Productions>, its successors and assigns (a) any and all claims of entire right, title and interest in and to the copyright in <Tattoo> ,(b) the exclusive and perpetual right throughout the world to use, print, produce, publish, copy, display, perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, disseminate, market, advertise, sell, lease, license, transfer, modify, and create derivative works from <Tattoo> in any media or format, now known or unknown, for any purpose whatsoever.
(c) I waive any right to inspect, examine the use of my voice (scream) prior to it’s use by Fanatic productions.
